Larry Jens Anderson (b. 1947)

Larry Jens Anderson was born on August 15, 1947, in Randall, Kansas. In 1979 he moved to Atlanta, where in 1982 he received his master's degree in visual arts from Georgia State UniversityAffiliated with a gallery since his second week in Atlanta, Anderson has exhibited art throughout Georgia and the rest of the United States ever since.
He taught at the Atlanta College of Art for twenty-three years and later became a professor of art and design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. His mixed media work Rembrandt, Fury, Levi, Mother is part of Georgia's State Art Collection.
