William Entrekin (b. 1946)

William Entrekin, a painter, was born in Rome in 1946. He discovered his love of painting as a child and began doing watercolor studies for his oil paintings in the 1970s. Entrekin works in egg tempera, oil, and watercolor. His paintings appear in corporate and private collections, as well as at the Columbia Museum of Art in South Carolina and the Morris Museum of Art in Augusta, which hosted his solo exhibition Happy the Land in 2014.
Entrekin’s watercolors After Class (1983), Poli Austen (1978), and The Sitter (1984) are part of Georgia's State Art Collection.
